Incredible service. They provided a very reasonable estimate the same day I called; and got to work the next day. Their crew was friendly, responsive, fast and efficient; taking care to not damage the trees near the ones being removed. Lastly, the cleanup work afterward (which was a lot for 7 large trees and ground stumps) was impeccable! Definitely recommend.

As promised! They zoomed out to my house when a tree from the forest that abuts my property fell onto my back lawn. Cut it up and took it away within hours. I actually had to chase them down to pay them because they were so busy helping people after the storm. Really nice down to earth company. Thank you Timberline!

Ben and Steve are the gold standard when it comes to quality service. Devastation on my 4 acre home was transformed back to paradise with the help of a hard working, professional and competent crew. Worth every penny. Timberline trimmed 2 old oak trees for me in a very tight space (trimmed deadwood over structures, large limbs and small). They worked through both neighbors' yards in a cherry picker, one side was lawn access, the other just the driveway. Both neighbors agreed to allow access. The price was fair, the process easy, the entire team professional. Seamless experience. The neighbor whose lower lawn was used was a foreman for the highway department before he retired. Not 10 mins. into the job he says to me, "these guys are hard workers!" Brownie points from Steve (not easy to do), nice work. On the other side of my house there was some light damage from the weight of the truck to my neighbor's already struggling driveway (not sure how the work would have gotten done without using that space, to be honest); when the neighbor wanted it fixed Timberline took immediate responsibility and action. The driveway was patched within the week, stone support wall rebuilt beneath. My neighbor said it had been such a pleasant experience they will also call Timberline when they need their own trees done. I watched the whole job due to the nature of the property lines and building locations and experienced zero stress the whole time. There was a 4 man crew, they worked well together, and they were done faster than I expected. When they finished they were kind enough to stack the good wood for the neighbor's stove, and the properties were all left tidy. The neighbors across the street saw the truck and also commented on how much they liked dealing with this company. Timberline, West Broadway in Central Nyack really digs your business. A++
